The Xciting 500i features a new fuel-injection system, which provides increased power and torque, and also complies with the latest Euro 3 emissions laws, making it greener and more fuel efficient.

Oozing European style, engineering excellence and KYMCO’s renowned build quality, the Xciting 500i will appeal to riders who choose the comfort and practicality of a 500cc scooter as an alternative to mid-sized commuter motorcycles.

Technically, the Xciting 500i combines the ease of an automatic transmission with the ability to cruise comfortably at ‘real’ road speeds. Powered by a fuel injected 4-stroke DOHC liquid cooled engine, that has a top speed of 95mph, this range-topping machine is more than capable of coping with the traffic flow on today’s congested roads and motorways.

To match comfort to performance, the Xciting 500i features a luxurious seat with adjustable backrest, an aerodynamic windscreen, adjustable hydraulic rear shocks, telescopic front forks, and twin front discs. Its low seat height (810mm), relatively low weight (221KG) and ergonomic riding position ensure safe and easy handling for a wide variety of commuters and tourers.

Similar to its predecessor, the Xciting 500i boasts a long list of design features as standard, including a linked braking system, sports alloy wheels, halogen headlights, LED tail light, tinted windscreen, analogue & digital instrument panel, under-seat mobile phone-charger, illuminated under-seat storage, rear carrier, side and centre stands, and a useful hand-brake. Colour coded top boxes are also available as an accessory.

The KYMCO Xciting 500i is available in lustrous metallic silver for just £4,299 on the road.
